In the cellar there are: Garbellotto wood fermentation tanks, steel tanks, 12 storage basin for 20 hectoliters, 6 barrels to age wine for 10 hectoliters , 14 tonneaux for 400 litres, 1 tonneaux of 500 litres, 2 barriques of 225 litres and the bottling and labelling system which ensures  the total production cycle in the farm. The cellar is on the basement and it has been built in 2009  with geothermal thermoregulation (cooling - heating). It has an introductory vertical bunches selection system and grapes then, with direct drop in the fermentation chambers.
